Terms of use

Updated September 27, 2026.

These terms are plain language for this website. They are not a services contract. If we do paid work together, that work is covered by a separate agreement. Questions go to [email protected].

Using the site

You may read the pages, including the starter guide, for your own business. You may not copy the site and present it as your own, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or try to break the form or the server.

The words, layout, and guide are owned by Springfield AI Solutions unless a page says otherwise. You may quote a short passage with credit and a link. You may not republish the guide as your own lead magnet.

The meeting request

The form at Book a first meeting asks for a conversation. It is not a request for a written estimate. Sending it does not create a client relationship, an account, or an obligation for either side. We may decline a meeting. You may ignore a reply.

You agree that what you submit is accurate enough for us to reply, and that you have the right to share it. Do not send someone else's sensitive information, payment card numbers, or anything you are not allowed to email.

What the site does not promise

Articles and service descriptions are general information for small businesses. They are not legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. They are not a promise that AI will save a certain number of hours, that a page will rank, or that a workflow will fit your shop. Examples and prompts in the guide are starting points. You are responsible for checking anything before a customer sees it.

We do not publish customer reviews on this site. Nothing here is a testimonial about results we have produced for a named client.

Paid work

If both sides want to continue after a meeting, scope, price, and timing belong in a separate written agreement. Until that exists, neither side has hired the other. Deposits, invoices, and delivery terms will be in that agreement, not on this website.

The site is provided as it is

We work to keep the pages available and the form delivering mail. Hosting, email, and DNS can still fail. If the form fails, email [email protected] directly. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or decisions you make from the guide. If a law where you live does not allow a limit like that, the limit applies only as far as that law allows.

Missouri law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.Springfield AI Solutions is based in Springfield, Missouri.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. The privacy policy explains how meeting requests are handled.
