Privacy policy
Updated October 6, 2026.
This policy describes what Springfield AI Solutions collects on springfieldaisolutions.com and how we use it. The public contact address is [email protected].
Who we are
Springfield AI Solutions is a small practice in Springfield, Missouri. We help local businesses use AI and automation for ordinary operating work. This website is the public face of that practice.
What the meeting form collects
If you request a first meeting, the form asks for:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Email address
- A short note about what you hope AI can help with
- Confirmation that we may email you about that request
The form also includes a hidden field that people are not meant to fill in. Leave it blank. It is there to catch automated submissions. A hidden timestamp records when the page was opened so we can ignore instant bot posts.
We use those details to read your request and reply about a meeting. We do not use the form as a newsletter signup, and we do not sell personal information.
How the message is delivered
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you submit the form, the host emails the details through Resend, a transactional email service, to a mailbox we control. We may forward that mailbox to another inbox we use, and then the message is stored there too. The public address for privacy questions and everything else is [email protected].
Email is not a sealed channel. Do not put payment card numbers, government ID numbers, medical records, or passwords in the form.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, traffic sources, and form submissions. Google may set a cookie and receive the pages you open, how you arrived, and whether a meeting request was sent. We use that to see whether the site is useful. We do not use it to show ads. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not show a cookie banner. The site is written for visitors in the United States. Your browser and the host may still keep ordinary technical logs.
Server logs
Like most websites, the host may record the IP address, browser type, date and time, and the address of the page requested. We use those logs to keep the site working and to investigate abuse. We do not build advertising profiles from them.
How long we keep meeting requests
We keep the email as ordinary business correspondence so we can reply and remember what we discussed. Write to [email protected] if you want that request deleted. We will delete it unless we need to keep it for a legal, security, or accounting reason.
Children
This site is not for children, and the services are not directed to anyone under 13. Do not send us a child's personal information.
What we ask you to send
Send only what we need to talk about a meeting. If you later hire us, any customer data involved in that work is covered by a separate agreement, not by this website policy alone.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and post the new version on this page. The terms of use cover the rest of how this website may be used.
